New team, new tactics

When you have started to manage a new team, and you need to build new tactics, what do you do first? How do you build them?

use the formation the staff recommends in the staff meeting right after i join
also the team report can be quite helpfull
set most stuff to default, mentality and philosophy depedening on the team media predictions

Work around what you have, not what you want. Look to see what formations are most successful and go with the one you like the best. Match prep - Pre season set work load to high and teamwork. Put to average in season and 3 days before every game change the special focus.
