I can't seem to get any positive results and under lots of pressure. Grant Holt,my captain seems to have no pace or finishing,and is playing dreadfuly. Has anyone else struggled with them like i have?!
I sold Darrel Russel and bought Simeon Jackson

try loaning some players i got rotherham promoted and loaned some great players in

grant holt should be used as a target man

and if you have any more money you will need to buy a pacy striker with high finishing
Like Smolarek ( free agent ) or Angel ( Tenerife ) should be transfer listed for about 400k mark

Take a look at premiership reserve teams.From them you can loan players good enough for the championship
