It all depends on what players you have, strength weaknesses and what kind of football you like to play mate, you said have you found a winning formula that seems to work for "your" team, well it says it all there, just because my team has a winning tactic doesnt mean it will work for your team.
Post up your team, if you use wingers, attacking full backs, target men, long ball route 1, attacking or defensive play
theres lots of factors but remember if you see a brilliant tactic for a team like utd dont be too sure that it will work with your team mate
