Obscure countries to scout

Anyone know the best obscure places to scout and find talent the good ones always come from the same old places

Try Africa. I know there's a few countries in Africa lol but now and again ya drop on a right pearler, I've managed to on the past few FM's.

Got a striker on last years called Ernesto Kapango, think he was from Congo, regularly scored 40+ goals a season.

Besides that, Eastern European countries are good for cheap regens, can usually make a good few quid on them.

I second East Europe. You won't always see world-beaters but they produce some decently good regens and the clubs are much more willing to let them go. But they usually won't obtain a UK work permit. :/ Which means they won't get any games, even as reserves.
