I'm managing Argentina. I would like to manage the U23 team in the Olympic.

1) Will I be able to do this or will they be managed by the U20 coach?
2) If they'll be managed by the U20 coach, do I have to fire him to take over the U23 team?
3) How does the qualification process in SAmerica work for the Olympics? Is it based on the results from the SAmerican U20 championships?

You might be able to take control in team settings but I'm not sure

Ok, I've now figured out the answers to my own questions, so I'll post them here in case anyone's interested:

1) Yes, you can coach the U23 team. It'll show up about a month before the Olympics.
3) Yes, the top 3 teams qualify.
