Players for Spurs

I've looked through the Spurs Team and they ar not very good, Lennon is cr*p and so is Defoe, and they are my favourite players???
I don't understand, I have a budget of abot 10M and need a new player quick so I can win something, or can I have good teams that produce wonderkids.

River Plate and Boca Juniors are usually good places to look for wonderkids.
Diego Buonanotte(River) for around 5m
Nicolas Lodeiro(Nacional) for 5-6m
Andrea Poli(Sampdoria) on a loan to buy. turns as good as Pirlo.

Jonathon Cristaldo(Velez) is quality youngster.

Lennon and Defoe might not have the best overall stats, but currently they are sitting in 2nd and 3rd place for my 'Average Rating' of over 7.40 each. They perform extremely well, and I kept hold of them because I love them in real life. Now I'm glad that I did.

The only players I've sold from the Tottenham squad are Jenas, Naughton and Corluka, and I finished 4th first season, and now I'm sitting in 1st place after 27 games played, trying to keep Chelsea off my back. Spurs' squad is extremely good after a season or two if you have decent coaches and training regimes.
