RB - Serge Aurier, Azpilicuetta(he is from Osasuna, but if you are using any kind of database, he must be on Marseille), Lustig, Jorge Fucile
LB you may be able to pick up Jelle Van Damme or Jorge Riberio on free.
Both are useful and have an average of 7+ in the prem for me. Jelle is made of glass though so better as cover. That said I have had offers in the 4mil range for him. So good business too. Riberio has actually edged Mattock out of my baggies side.
RB Anthony Vanden Borre is also useful and you should be able to pick him up for under 5mil. He is also versatile so supplies cover as a central defender and mid/dm right and center.
