Problem with young players!

None of my young players accept contract offers when I accept a loan offer. They always reject, what can I do??

I think there's an option in private chat, can't remember where.

When you get offers for the player go into transfer centre, click view offer > accept offer > and choose the option "The player would benefit from first team football experience"
