Just wanted to know if for example my asst manager who has 20 for judging CA and PA says e.g. micah richards potential is only 2.5 can he actually end up being better then that. All my training ratings are 4 and 4.5 stars. Out of curiousity any one know how well he turns out and also kjaer as well, im gettin PA of 2.5 for him aswell.
