i was just wondering how i find the best regens and when they are released in the game... i have no idea at all which is so dumb haha! i couldnt find a regen if my life depended on it! XD

Google "fm regen dates" you will get list of every date that they spawn per country

Make sure you have the leagues of the major talent hubs active to, you're more likely to find several super players in Brazil if the league is active.
