Shortlist Help

I have downloaded one of the available shortlists from this site, and have placed it in. My document- Football manager 11, shortlists. But i can't find how to import it onto the game. Sorry if this is rediculously simple but i just can't work it out.

Same applies, just replace 09 with 11.

i have downloaded a couple of shortlists now using windows 7 but nothing is working, i have tried it in the shortlists folder 3 times and the filters folder twice..............HELP
