Training failure.

I tried using custom made training schedules and the default ones as well and literally all my players attributes are going down with either red or orange arrows pointing diagonally or straight downwards. I've tried Light, medium and High workloads and it's not helping.
What the **** is causing this? I have 4-5 star rating coaches for EVERYTHING.

Use Duncs mate, thats what i'm using and players like Sandro's attributes are skyrocketing.. when i get my training report i tell the players who have decreased that they need to work harder in training or they won't be in the first team, that usually works..
