Help Needed Please

Here goes gutted,was playing a saved game tonight when it crashed dump file.Went to to sports interactive folder and deleted the dump file,also some other files called xml document.
Deleted them from the recycle bin like an idiot and now when i load CM 15 no game save is a available.
I have done a system restore day before files ive deleted but no luck.
Is there anyway of getting my saved games back?
R.I.P Portsmouth/Stoke was doing really well with them

Used a programme called Recuva after watching videos on youtube on how to recover deleted files from recycle bin,its a good download to have finds photos/music etc,but as i did not know the name file unable to restore it.
So started a new game
