Shakthar Donetsk Winger Willian not appearing on my game??

I made a thread enquiring of potential new AMR signings for my Man City game and a number of people suggested Willian, now when i go to his club hes not there and when i search for his name nothing comes up? is this because im running the medium database and not the large one? do i have to activate the Ukrainian leagues to have him exist? Would much appreciate it if someone could help as it appears im missing out on a quality player who id quite like to have the chance to sign.

I think its to do with the DB size as when i only loaded the english n spanish leagues but a large DB he was there...

But now when i play i load around 12-15 leagues + large DB =64000 players/staff

He is on mine and I have the medium sized database.

Is there anyway to change database size mid game? or do you need to start a new game

Think you have to start fresh sorry

Or try adding the leagues of where the players are??

Adding new leagues is possible now, however i am unsure whether real players will be generated by the game, more likely is newgen generation to fill the squads of clubs in a previously inactive league.
