Should I have a certain Pre season schedule?

I have right now a pre season training schedule that almost just is tactics, aerobics and strength. Is that good or do I hurt my players attributs by having that?
 
Please dont bump your threads after 6 hours. Personally, I stick with my normal schedule

It is a schedule I use and find very effective for getting the players fitness up quickly before the start of the season. To minimise injuries just make sure the schedule isn't too heavy, I tend to stick to around maximum on medium :)
