Im managing Spurs and end of the first season they offered me a new £30k contract. I reduced the wage 3 times and all 3 times they offered me the £30k contract again oO)
Dont they want to save money?

Not much is been put into the contract so wouldn't really bother with it and to be honest I can't remember ever seen it being deducted in finances.

I don't think your wages effects your teams finances at all I guess it just adds an aspect of realism within the game
