OK, so I finally got Wrexham into the league after 4 seasons, now half way thru ist season in L2, am a fairly respectable 18th and in 3rd round of FA after 2 giant killings. However, my squad aren't happy! I have quite a few players who are good enough for the first team so I use a squad rotation system, but my players don't like it. When they complain, I let them know I'll play them in due course, they say 'sorry boss', the week after they complain again!
Now the board are on myback!
This also happened at the end of last season, even though I was top of the league the players said I didn't appreciate them enough. So I've tried giving credit where its due, but its hard to 'sympathise' when we get trounced 4-0!!
Any suggestions on how to cheer them up? Have just offered some new contracts out, even offered unhappy players a bit more of asking price, but thats not ****** worked either!!
