I always have a look a Martin Keown as his stats change from game to game. Once i had him as a 4.5 star tactics coach so i could have pat rice on 4.5 star defensive coaching :)

Oh and you should add Tony Colbert and Damian Roden, sign em both and you've got 5 stars.
 
Rodolfo Mehl is five star fitness, but I think you need some South American leagues loaded for him to be available.
 
Feel free to add your own coaches guys, its always good to find coaches from obscure parts of the world

In my Newcastle save I have 5 stars for all. Off the top of my head I have Mehmet Scholl, Robert Prosinecki, Alan Thompson, Martin Keown, Valter Di Salvo, Gerry Taggart, Rui Faria, Paul Winsper and Ricardo Moniz. Also got 20 other coaches but I know these have full stars.
 
i have question guys..how do staffs improve? as i realised they have CA and PA's too
 
Jon Goodman at Millwall he's a 4.5 Star Aerobic Coach
Michel Dufour at St Etiennes he's a 4.5 Star Strength Coach

How do you buy Di Salvo ? I offer him a contract until 2014, 3800 and he rejects. I am Roma and I cant offer more than that money cause the board dont let me.

This thread deserves a bump.

Wondering who would be a good assistant manager? With Fiorentina and my current one doesn't cut it. Can't afford Tassotti.

Ivan Vucetic - Metalurg D has 4.5 * Strength and Aerobics but I guess you have to load up Ukraine to get him.Very cheap 400 pounds per week.

Nikolay Latysh-Dinamo Kiev 4.5 * in tactics.

Mykhaylo Mykhaylov-Dinamo Kiev 4.5* in goalkeeping
