Obviously the stamina of the lower league players (level 10, 9, 8 etc) but what do you reckon is an acceptable amount to start a match with for your players? 80? 70?

And also do you find that these lower league players get injured far more often? I do...
 
that is because there is more matches a week
 
i think the number of injuries picked up is down to the physio's physiotherapy rating, or the number of physios you have.

i don't start a player if their conditioning is below 80%. everytime a players conditioning hits 60% i sub them.
 
Tired players = More injuries. Do what you can to increase the size of your squad, an extra player in each position could do wonders for your teams fitness.
