i've been looking forward to this for a LONG time. Can't wait until it's finnaly released.
I actually went through KOTOR 1 and 2 just for memories sake earlier this year.

No. PC.

Can't wait for it.
boo, my laptop isnt good enough. maybe will have to invest in a new desktop first, and thats not happen for at least several months. love star wars

This is the first I've heard of it..

I do like Star Wars, so I'll end up buying it anyway.

Found out about this game a long time ago, can't wait until it is finally released as it looks great.

Been awaiting this for over a year, hopefully It wont be an epic fail.

Yeah, there's been big build up for this, was very disapointed with Star Trek online, but i will get this.

I hope it is good. Have been playing KotOR and I just love these game. Don't like MMO games but I'll assume that there will be a way to play in a single mode...

Been waiting for Years, no seriously, I have, one of my favourite series of all time!! I may have a semi just thinking about it....

I have been following it, watched all the trailers, everything! Not going to get involved in the MMORPG but the single player compaign ;)

I might have to save up and build a rig for this. I played Star Wars Galaxies for a bit and love Kotor 1 and 2.

I'm not gonna play some theme-park, steaming pile of level-based manure. Star Wars Galaxies before all the ***** expansions and remake was one of the best MMOs ever.

Anonymous BioWare dev slams “$300m” MMO, claims EA and George Lucas “are panicking”

An anonymous blogger going under the name of EA Louse has lashed out at employers EA BioWare and predicted a tough time for future MMO release Star Wars: Old Republic in the process.
The lengthy rant is primarily centred on Warhammer Online.
“I found out recently that I will be dismissed from Bioware Mythic during the next round of layoffs EA coming this November,” the blog reads. “I’m sick of seeing EA outsource their art and find every excuse to get rid of us and still not achieve anything. Mythic is dying, and its not us who killed him but we’re taking the fall.”
However, turning their attention to the upcoming Star Wars release, EA Louse adds:
“And Bioware? Don’t make me laugh. They’ve spent more money making the Old Republic than James Cameron spent on Avatar. **** you not. More than $300 million! Can you believe that"

“And you know what they’re most proud of? This is the kicker. They are most proud of the sound. No seriously. Something like a 20Gig installation, and most of it is voiceover work. That’s the best they have.
“The rest of the game is a joke. EA knows it and so does George Lucas, they’re panicking and so most of Mythic has already been cannibalized to work in Austin on it because they can’t keep pushing back launch.
“Old Republic will be one of the greatest failures in the history of MMOs from EA. Probably at the level of the Sims Online. We all know it too.”

Quit wow in January and vowed to give up online games and stick to xbox, but this looks good and if its anything like Star Wars Galaxies then i'll be getting it.

I've been following this for LONG LONG time. I really hope it will be awesome game and worth the wait...

He sounds ******, and rightly so.

What he said is probably true though. They do keep pushing back the release, which I can only assume is trying to fit a decent level of content in there so people don't become bored immediately.
