File Open Programme

Can anyone tell me what programme i need to download files and open them. Please help

all you need is a browser and you can find downloads in the 'Downloads' section of the site which can be found on the same bar as the 'New Posts'

Basically when i try to download tactics i havnt got a programme on my computer that will open the download file
The internet tries to direct me by a web browser but the websites dont seem very good

i will try winrar or winzip thanks mate am new to all that type of stuff, is it just a case of downloading and away you go or is there a certain way to use it
