ok thanks for the link, i extracted the file and it come as a .dbc but what do i do with it? do i need to put it someowhere? but where? anyone know?

If you're using a pc put it in
C:\Users\\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2011\editor data
Or if you're using amac it's
/Users//Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2011/editor data
