First season with Arsenal

Just started my first season on FM2011 with Arsenal.
Really impressed with the layout improvements and enjoying my first season immensely.
My team so far:

RB Bacary Sagna
CB Thomas Vermaelen
CB Laurent Koscielny
LB Gael Clichy
CM Cesc Fabregas
CM Alex Song
AMC Sejad Selihovic
AML Andrey Arshavin
AMR Theo Walcott
ST Humberto Suazo

I have played 10 league matches, won 8, drawn 2 and only conceded 4 goals and Walcott in particular is tearing teams to shreds. He scored 4 goals against Manchester United in the league cup after they were reduced to ten men and has since scored a hat trick against Partizan in the Champions League, all from the right wing position.

Walcott was put in AMR position and I left the instructions default.
On numerous occasions, one of my coaches suggested telling him to stop cutting in from the right but I ignored their advice and left him to do so and he has been in devastating form.
To be honest I am still tweaking the individual positions bit by bit
