Swapping players for good players?

Okay so im wondering if it is just me.. I started a save with West Ham my team, and obviously i put Spector up for sale immediatley, he followed with Gabbidon. The offers came in but were all in instalments. For Gabbidon, Mallorca were interested so i tried a swap with Alhessane Keita of Guniea. Not the greatest player but would get in my side.. It accepted a 1.5 million plus Gabbidon, so I took it.
Found it a bit easy tbh, I also swapped players in the past!

Off topic, but I also signed Balotelli on a end of season loan for 4.8 million!

yes we all know about part exchanges, if the team really wants your player that you have transfer listed or even are interested in you browse through their team and make them an offer for a player you really want and see if they accept it it is pretty easy
