System Crash Dump

Hi all, would just like to know if anyone else has had this problem on FM10 10.1.1

I know it couldnt possibly be my laptop because it is next to brand new and there is very little on it and I have more than enough system space to cope with FM.

Is there anything I can do to stop this happening again?

the one where it just says crash dumps error and turns itself off lol after uv spent 3 seasons creating perfect team lol?
