Applying manager position problem.

I was manager for Real Madrid for 2 seasons. Somehow i managed to fail renewing my contract so they fired me. So i was one year managing Norway. Now Real Madrid offered me a new contract, but i just can't accept it. I don't really care about the salary or transfer funds or other stuff. The game just doesn't let me to accept. It says "I am not currently interested in entering into discussions with <person#3-your>club.

What is wrong with that?

I've just had the same problem. Newcastle have offered me the manager job and I can't accept the offer. Can anyone advise of a way around this problem?
