THE EDITOR

I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section but I really cannot seem to find the editor.
I've been on Program Files (8x) or whatever >Steam>SteamApps>Common>Football Manager 2012, but there is no tools folder therefore I can't find the editor.
Has the editor been moved this year? Please help

You have to download it first. Open Steam, open 'tools' and find FM12 Editor.
