Hey. First of all, no, the title isn't supposed to rhyme :)

Okay, thanks to some inspiration from Danny Carter's EPL Glory thread, Kris and I have decided to start a Journeyman race between a few members, as Danny's never really got going.

The aim is to win the English Premier League, however to do so you must pass through Portugal, Germany, Italy & Spain, in that particular order.

Each player will start with Sporting Club Braga & Will be on the 10.2.0 official patch, no unofficial updates please.

We are looking for a few more players to make this exciting, so if you are interested then leave us a comment and we'll get back to you, hope to get this started soon. :)

Rules:
NO CHEATING! WE WILL KNOW! :P
10.2 Update only, no unofficial updates
Experiance: Automatic
Starting Team: Braga
You must win the highest division in each country Portugal, Germany, Italy, Spain and finally England. In that specific order.
Please try and keep your updates in sync with others.
You may move freely between clubs in your country.
Good luck guys

Yeah but I've finished my season, just waiting for Ronaseal so I can update. If you want to join in then just ask mate :)

Okay, I'm enjoying it!

Nahh I'll just keep up-to-date with it, currently working on a couple of tactics and my Espanyol story. Thanks anyway XD

Should be interesting. I have not managed in Portugal since 05

Sign me up, but I might be on a go slow with a certain new game im about to start ;)

im keen, depends how often we have to update? as im really getting addicted to my cultural leonesa story now!

Well if you can't really commit then there's not much point agreeing to play. It's not going to be a rushed game but you'll probably need to play it a bit each day or so, so we can all update at the same time-ish. :)

yeah i can play a bit every day for sure. i was thinking if you wanted like 2 seasons a week or something, like some of the stories on here then i'd b out.

but im in, love challenges against other players.

i assume when all the players are properly confirmed we will decide on rules, ie manager experience of sunday league or international footballer? etc

Yeah I'll add the rules to the OP a bit later on. Although how low should we go into each country? I mean if some people only choose the highest league of each and others go for every league in each country, having automatic experience could be unfair? I think we should go to..

England: League 2+
Spain: LIGA adelante
Italy: Serie B
Germany: Top League only
Portugal: Top League only

Or should there be more depth?

yeah those leagues seem to get the right balance between depth and game speed, on my comp at least... oO)

i have never managed in germany or portugal so wouldnt stand a chance in the lower leagues there anyway!

I don't see what effect loading these league's would have? Or am i being slow?

No I mean if you go down to the BSN/S or lower in England and choose automatic experience your game experience will be lower than League 2. Do you understand what I'm saying? When you choose automatic it chooses the lowest league loaded as your default, meaning after you are sacked you can only get jobs in that league or equivalent. So anyone choosing the top leagues will easily get any job they choose.

Guys I'm going to post the rules now, after that point feel free to start, if your name is on the players list then please update at a reasonable pace, say at least once a day? Failure to do so will get you kicked :)

Good luck guys
