What formation are you playing? What type of striker do you want?

My suggestions would be bring back Lukaku, great in the prem and can play up front alone. Breel Embolo is a pretty good buy but may need to be paired with someone, I haven't actually used him but have heard his name mentioned a few times and seen SS. Harry Kane or Saido Berahino are also good choices if you want someone English.

If you have time to let them flourish then go for Gabriel Barbosa available for around 5m first season and within 3 is the probably one of the best strikers about.

Same Barbosa option ! He's still incredible.
Otherwise,Griezmann,Sanchez(not a striker actually,but he can be trained),Vietto or Dybala(both joined new clubs).

I'd recommended Cavani... you can rotate him with Diego Costa.
