Hey, i've just started a new game with tottenham and im looking to buy a GK and CB...suggestions please?

I'd shoot for Mandanda - Probably cost you around 8-10 mil.

CB's look at Ryan Shawcross usually 2nd season sells for around 14.

Obviously you are going to offload some players (I'd suggest Defoe, Dos Santos etc) to make sure that you have enough funds to bring these players in.

With these two signings you could easily win the league next season.

4-5-1 anchor man AP and bwm-s or cm-s would be good with the midfield u have 2 wingers and a advanced forward or sumat

Keep Defoe, he is quality!

Mandanda is your best bet by far with his release clause and will join right away! Stephan Ruffier/Cedric Carrasso/Handonovic/Sergio Romero

Jefferson - Botafogo is really, really good and can be bought for around £12.8m and asks for very decent wages and becomes Worldwide rep in a few months (well he did after signing with me)

Kurt Zouma - St Ettienne can be picked up for around £10.5m on the first couple of days and being tutored by King/Gallas will become your best CB in the game after a few years... If you want someone a little more experienced then:

Mehdi Benatia/Aymen Abdennour/Davide Astori/Salvatorre Bocchetti/Nicolas Otamendi/Adil Rami/Inigo Martinez/Mikel San Jose/Stefan Reinartz/Rafael Toloi/Sebastian Coates/Ezequiel Munoz/Douglas/.Kader Mangane/Nicolas N'Koulou/Aurelian Chedjou to name a few...

Douglas and Astori can be signed for free on the 31st December in the first season as well as Adler (as mentioned) Coutinho, Ballack (I think if I remember, quality player still, great tutor)

Tottenham need a good left back, sell Ekotto and see if you can get Federico Balzaretti/Georgiy Schennikov/Leighton Baines instead... Dominico Cristico is very expensive, see what Zenit want for him though

I would also look at a new striker, Mbaye Niang for long term is great (never bought him myself) but see how much Palermo want for Abel Hernandez, its usually around £10m/£14m in the first season, he becomes one of the best poachers in the game!

Sign Romulo - Vasco for £8.25m and watch him become one of the best all rounded mids in the game! quality player, can play several roles well!

They are all still young but I think Kara is one of the best defenders in the game!
