Transfer/Wage budget Adjustment after the latest update

The new update may have fixed Issues in the game
But the change to transfer/wage budget adjustments and them not being available while you have active bids is not realistic and just down right annoying brrrrr
Especially when you are trying to get in your favorite players to/or restructure your team at the beginning of a new game. Having to wait until each deal is completed before you can adjust the budget has made signing players really frustrating.... :S

I think it's a good improvement and stops you from using money you don't have.

I'm not talking about spending money you don't have .
I'm simply saying that you should be able to adjust your budget within the boards limits at anytime not just when you have no active deals ongoing

A lot of people (myself included) have used this to tweak the wage budget to offer a player a contract and then restored the transfer budget to sign the player. As a result you spend the players wage money on buying him and go over your wage budget.
