I was using this same tactic setup (4-3-3) with AFC Wimbledon and got them to L2 in one season I only got free transfer players and players on loan.

This team was solid and I won the FA Trophy and beat Man Utd Reserves in the F.A. Cup and got to 4th round.

Also a free MC that I used sometimes that is epic in set pieces for the BSP, Domenico Morfeo.

I have loaned Nathan Baker from Villa two seasons in a row as the "tall DC" and he loves my club AFC Wimbledon became his favourite club after 6 months.

Nathan Baker average rating BSP 1 full season = 7.23
Nathan Baker average rating season 2 npower L2 25 games = 7.28

Léo Aro average rating BSP 1 full season = 41 games, 33 goals, 15 assist, 10 MoM. Sold for 275K profit.

Keep in mind these are only the league games, in 49 games Leo Aro scored 43 goals for me as a poacher.

I was playing 4-3-3 with Léo Aro, Akwuegbu and Ngo Baheng. Terry Dixon was a backup, still a smarter choice than Akwuegbu because of his age. Terry got 38 matches, 16 goals, 8 assists and 7.17 average rating. Léo Aro + Ngo Baheng/Dixon would be good.
