Ok so im doing a wigan save and i play a basic 442 and victor moses can only play left and right WING and all season ive been trying to train him to play right MIDFIELD so i can get the best out of him in this formation but he is stuck on unconvincing and its now april. what do i do?

Put both your wide players to wingers? try the Ama-zing tactic by Raikan007, my favorite tactic! or you could put him on RM training to help him in that position

He probably doesn't have good Work Rate/Determination so he doesn't learn as fast. I had a similar situation with Ben Arfa.

Would you say he is good enough defensivly though, to play in the MR/L position. Maybe just use him upfront ?
