Im playing on LFCMarshall's latest update as Portsmouth. It was getting on towards the January window when Lyon come in with an offer for BenHaim. He had been playing epic recently and was worth 2.1m and the offer was £3m. So when my chairman (Antonov) accepts this "on my behalf" I was kind of ****** off. Next he accepts a 900k offer for Ryan Williams (youngster, looked like he could have grown into quite a player) which is way below what he was worth. He then sold Joel Ward and Sam Magri (both great youth prospects) for pittance.
Lastly I pick up this amazing regen in January who is now worth £3m. towards the end of the season Man U put an outrageously low bid of 2.7m and he accepts it!

Has anyone had a chairman like this who suddenly decides he's basically the manager and sells players for nothing near they're actually worth?

its cuz of the club reputation. surely u cant ingnore ManU when they get ur best players. hehe.
