Deadwood is a fantastic TV Series if you've not watched that.

Personally I like Unforgiven and The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford.

*edit* Oh and Back to the Future III

I dont mind watching westerns, although they aren't the same with Spanish voice-overs. 3:10 to Yuma is my favourite.

Not seen Deadwood but i wouldnt mind sitting down with the boxset and watching them.

3:10 to yuma is on this sunday at 10pm on channel 5. Well worth a watch,Russell Crowe is cool in it. A very good remake.

Appaloosa is another decent remake. Good film.

I can't believe no one's mentioned Tombstone. That's probably one of my favorites.

Unforgiven and the man with no name trilogy

Ive just bought Once upon a time in the west. Its another Sergio Leone spaghetti western. No Clint Eastwood in this one though. Charles Bronson and Henry Fonda in it. Ive not seen it yet so im looking forward to watching it.

The only one I've seen that has been mentioned is 'The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly'.

Great film. Though most western-based films don't often interest me much.

My favourites are;
Unforgiven
Butch Cassidy and the Sundance kid
Once upon a time on the West
The good the bad and the ugly
High Noon
Pale Rider

Thats a very good film.

I love western games, not so much the films but I do enjoy sometimes watching the old ones when they are on BBC they kind of interest me. However I still don't understand whether westerns are supposed to be fact or fiction? Does anyone know? By that I mean whether these depict real events or are fictional events set in the western times.

3:10 to Yuma has to be one of the worst films I've ever seen, there are too many god **** characters! :@

Anyway, I like Back to the Future III, Shanghai Noon and Wild Wild West.

Anyone seen a Clint Eastwood western called High Plains Drifter? Good film with a paranormal twist at the end.

I love westerns. I basically love any spaghetti westerns with good bad ugly Clint Eastwood. Don't know if any of you have played guns but that game was SO good.
