I was thinking about starting up an MLS save but wanted to know if Montreal Impact had been added? If not, does anyone have a custom database where I can play with the up-to-date league structure?

I have searched for this to no avail, thanks.

Nope, only Vancouver and Toronto.

Don't know about a transfer update anyway.
