I like the 1st one. I don't like that bit on the sponsor on the 2nd one.

They look wayyy Chelseaish (probably because they ARE Chelsea templates XD)
I would personally use the first one. You could raise the sponsor if you still have the .psd file.

I agree, the design looks too Chelsea-ish, and as an Arsenal fan, id choose the first one
