Put the skin folder in documents/SI/FM11/skins. If you don't have skin folder, make one.
In game:
Go to pref./ display and sound/ and then you'll see dropdown menu. Choose from dropdown menu this skin. oh. almost forgot, you need to check "reload skin on confirm" and uncheck "skin cache".

Skin looks really good, just I got used to Flex now, so, if you make something like this for FM12, i would be happy to download it

Hey.

I've already installed the Win 7 skin, but wanted to change to another, as it appears a lot of buttons somehow is missing, and I cant change it back under settings.

Must say I am currently on a MAC, dont know if this does anything to the skin.
