12m to spend.

Need a LB, new CM/DM and generally some good players i could do with people! :)

LFC Summer update too! :)
 
Yohan Cabaye maybe. Don't know if he would be interested in Wolves but isn't expensive and is a decent player.
 
Try getting Hargreaves on a free or thomas hitzlespuger, and look at lee wallace for left back
 
Lucas Digne for LB, quite expensive but is decent at the start at gets amazing. £5Mill.
Milan Badelj for CM/DM for around £4Mill.
Sime Vrsaljko for RB only 18 but is good enough for the prem from the beginning. £2.5Mill.
Vaclav Kadlec for ST again very young but will score goals for fun, best poacher in the game imo.£1Mill.

An all round good CM/DM is Lars Bender, usually available for around 3mill. LB take a look at Grimi, he's always available for under 500k or so and may be an upgrade. RB I'd go for Vrsaljko if you can gain a work permit. If not, I'd try get Aurier or maybe Gaston Diaz. For striker, I think Chramosta may be good for you, he's prolific and is available for 2.1million or try Leandro Damiao, Kevin Gameiro ( can be expensive ) or maybe Nolan Roux.

Clyne from Palace is a decent fullback.
DM try Nkoulou from Monaco, should be able to get on loan.
Also Diame from Wigan has 5.5M release clause and NZonsi from Blackburn is quality but may cost more

Kara is also a decent DM :)

also I always recomment Dzagoev from CSKA for 3.5M, quality AM
 
I recently did a Wolves season, Clyne was one of my first signings he did really well. Try getting Jack Robinson from liverpool, he's very young but improves quickly into a top left back. He'll be pretty cheap after January.

Try getting Sandro from Spurs, great dm as is N'zonzi from Blackburn.
