work permit

i signed Rafinha but not granted for work permit.

how is it happend? how can I get a work permit?

i thought clubs couldnt sign under 18s from brazil? :|

I got the same problem with Freddy Adu ive signed him in my 2nd season but had to send him to one off my feeder clubs, yet me mate signed him in the janaury transfer window and can play him............

i tried 2 sign freddy guarin and for the first time ever having signed him on every other version of fm his work permit was turned down on appeal now that is bad bcuz he is a gd player
