young english players?

started a season on football manager where i skipped the first half of the season and took over the team bottom of the premier league as a challenge.
as part of the challenge i want to play attacking football and also sign young talented english players..
obviously everyone knows the obvious ones like berahino, hughes etc but does anyone have any cheap young english players from lower leagues or premier leagues youth teams etc that they would like to recommend? thanks
