Increasing scouting range

Is anyone else having trouble getting your Board to approve increasing the scouting range? I have been with the same club for 4 years now, bringing them from the BSP to League 1, but in all that time my board keeps denying me a scouting range increase, so I'm still just stuck with the UK/Ireland, and more scouts then I have assignments for. Just wondering if its some new thing this year, or If Im having bad luck.

I have the same issue and it's very frustrating? The option to send my scouts to a foreign 'region' is always greyed out. We must be missing something...

Finding the same thing - happened at Barnet, then at Preston over the course of four years, no matter how much money there was in the bank. I think they must have tightened it up in this release for some pointlessly frustrating reason.
