Brighton De Zerbi Tactic

Hey guys so like a lot of people I've been extremely intrigued into Brighton and more specifically De ZerbiBall.
I've seen a few threads on here and videos from RDF and JoshDaly and the tactics they've created definitely have elements of DZB but I felt like there could be some more changes. Thought I'd attempt at essentially mixing the vids/threads and my own ideas into creating my own version of it.

We all know the 2,4,4 build up and how they essentially invite the press to free up a 3rd man etc to progress it into attack. That's not a hard build up to replicate if we're all being honest. I'm not visually gonna break down photos of what it looks like as others have done it and you can search it yourself if you are curious (sorry I'm lazy)

The reason it's not an exact replication is for the sheer fact the defenders don't always necessarily stop play and the wingers aren't always as wide as De Zerbi likes them IRL but player traits can massively help with some of this!

While this isn't the final form of my recreation, I do believe I'm quite close and the football we play has been wonderful to watch. The pass maps are imo very pleasing to look at haha and there are some similarities to Brightons ones irl too. Stupidly started a new career so can't offer a finished or extensive season report and statistics yet, will add them once I get there!

The DM's are both RPM and even though I know Caicedo and Alexis differ, probably the best combination on fm for their passing and movement - One RPM and DLP on support could work but I don't agree with the urgency on changing them. They both have different PI's as they differ in play with my right RPM being the more defensive one.

The the RB and LB have the same PI's and same goes for DCR and DCL

Also you can make both Wingers IW - If they don't have the cut inside traits otherwise Wingers work well as long as they have that trait!

Playing the CB's as BPDs could work and I might even try 2 CD with direct passing and take fewer risks but so far they've been working quite well.

I'm not gonna go into all the roles as I'd much rather people test it with whatever teams you'd like and see if it plays well for you. My first post and attempt on here but always reading other threads but finally felt like I should contribute properly haha.
I will keep testing this tactic and tweaking things as I see fit and hopefully you wonderful people will help me get this as close as possible!
