Heres The Story :

I started with my local club, Wexford Youths who play in the Irish First Division. They're an amateur club and are predicted to come 10th (10 in division) but are a lot better than their cruel prediction. I support the club in Real Life so as a big fan decided to try bring them to glory but as they're amateur its always going to be a challenge. I just wondered, as they're the only amateur team in the league is it possible to make them pro? When you get promoted? If you make money?
Thanks in advance,
Finn

i presume that its similar to when you go from semi-pro to pro,

as you improve your team and become more financially stable try and give your players semi-pro contracts, after a couple of seasons you may be informed by the chairman that the club has become semi pro. this happens in the transition between semi and full pro anyways, cant see it being any different for amateur and semi.

Cheers man, thanks for the help :D
Hopefully we will go pro because big clubs are starting to rob my key players!
