Assistant manager take of friendly

In Football Manager 2007, you could aske your assistant to take control of friendly games. I can't seems to find it in the 2011 edition. Does anyone know if it is possible?

team settings then at the top it shud say somewhere and tick the box

Club name - Team Settings - Assistant manager takes charge of friendlies - Tick box.

your on the main screen where the inbox and other stuff is, go to the top and it should say your team name
click on that and go down to the bottom of the list it shud say team settings
click on that and look at the different boxes and you should see one that says something like
"assistant manager takes control of friendly matches"
tick that box and the assistant will take control of them
