Changing board opinion on me

Is there any editor or any program that somehow allow me to change the board faith in me? I'm on the verge of being sacked, but I want to remain at the club, so that's why I'm asking for something that can keep me there.
I know this is cheating and I'm not a cheater, but I would like to be this time.
