Playing FM24 as Chelsea and had a relatively realistic first season. I finished 6th and won the FA cup in the first season.
Second season we are dominating, 10 points clear with 8 games to go and we’ve only lost one game all season.

However, Chelsea’s real life strategy of long contracts is unplayable. From January onwards, 8 players have asked for new contracts and the majority of the squad are annoyed that I’m refusing to give them. The players who want new contracts have 5/6 years left and refuse any deal that doesn’t have a 3/4+ million loyalty bonus for not finishing their original contract.
