I don't know what it is, but I could swear that it does. I am quite new still, but from my longer saves, in 23 in United I felt like my squad would get scared by big matches or would be unable to resist adversity, a number of them would get nervous.
Where as in my current save, in Salgueiros in Portugal, when we face adversity in matches, the squad generally gets angry and I have to calm them down.
Have you noticed these differences? Did you go through a change of this in your squad?
