Editing competition rules

Is it possible to edit the rules of a specific competition? In the Swedish first division, Allsvenskan, you're forced to have 9 homegrown players in your match squad. The rule is obviously good for Swedish football, but it the makes it extremely difficult to compete with other teams playing in the European cups.

Is it possible to edit just that one rule, and if so, how?

Yes, but you'll need to rebuild the nation rules in the advanced editor and amend that rule line.
