Euro League Knockout Stage only 1 leg.....

For the first couple of seasons, the knockout phase of the Euro league was 2 games, which is correct, at least according to the current rules.

Starting in 22/23, however, the knockout round has changed to 1 leg only (in my sim, anyways)

Is this due to some upcoming real life Europa League structure change that I'm not aware of?

Has anyone else encountered this?

I had this too. Is it same 23-24 because I was thinking it had something to do with the middle of the season World Cup...
